SkateLap warrants our products against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original purchaser for a period of ninety (90) days from the date received by purchaser. The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, attempted modifications/repairs or physical damage is incurred during use.

This warranty does not cover the following items listed below:

•The repair or replacement of maintenance items including, but not limited to, strings and tuning machines
•Any post purchase installed components or tuning hardware
•Cracking or damage to the finish including wood becoming warped due to changes in temperature, humidity or extreme heat
•Rusting or damage to hardware from moisture
•Any damage resulting from cleaning agents
•Plating on metal components

Warranty claims shall be submitted directly to SkateLap via the Contact form. Please include as much information as possible. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Should the warranty claim be determined to be the responsibility of SkateLap, SkateLap will either repair or replace the product at our own discretion. Should the warranty claim be determined to be the responsibility of the purchaser, SkateLap will make every effort to assist the purchaser in remedying the situation to the best of our ability.

SkateLap assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product – including any loss of income or damages as a result of the loss of use during warranty service period. Under no circumstances will SkateLap be liable in any way for any incidental or consequential damages.

Please note: DO NOT return product without an approved SkateLap Return Authorization Number (RA#).
